Sending my condolences to Vanessa’s family, and wanted to let you know what a model of generosity and professionalism she was for me. All of the ideals that we as Americans aspire to - Vanessa embodied - helping others in her community to bring us closer to peace and equality. And she did it all with a gentleness and a sense of humor that made others around her feel comfortable and included.
